Just another bar chain run amok. It can't decide if it's going to be a meat market or sports bar. What's odd about Bar Louie is that no matter what I...I made it to Bar Louie on Day #2 of business. The decor of the Chicago-based chain could best be described as swanky sports bar... if there is such a...I love Bar Louie.
